Job Description: Are you a dynamic and ambitious individual with a passion for sales and logistics? We are currently seeking talented and motivated Sales Executives to join our team at ExPlus Logistics India in Bangalore. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in our import and export courier and cargo shipments division.


Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients and businesses in need of import and export logistics services. Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold-calling, and online research.

Relationship Building: Build strong and lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique shipping requirements, and offering tailored logistics solutions.

Consultative Selling: Provide expert advice and consultation to clients on the most efficient and cost-effective logistics solutions for their import and export needs.

Quoting and Negotiating: Prepare competitive and accurate quotations for clients. Negotiate pricing and contract terms to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of the sales department.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitors’ offerings to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.


Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
Strong understanding of import and export logistics procedures and documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, displaying a self-motivated and proactive attitude.
Results-driven and target-oriented with a track record of meeting and surpassing sales goals.
Proficiency in English and local languages. Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping practices is desirable.
